 You are invited to the Fall Fling, Dickinson Cattle Co. Inc, Customer Appreciation day, Oct 8, 2011. It is coming fast so get your hotel reservations, clean the hay string out of the car seat and make a plan. The attachment gives full details of why you will not want to miss this annual event. It isn't a cattle show, a cattle auction or a muslim séance. It is a simple, educational, entertaining day with the best people in the world. A special time to enjoy meeting new friends, smell the flowers, see great cattle, duck thrown projectiles from wild farm kids, savor the fall colors, say a kind word of prayer in thanks for the food and enjoy chuck wagon style beef brisket. This isn't a white-lightning sipping, a high-stakes cock fight, a horse race or lawn-mower-pull. It is low-key and non confrontational, which is different for some things you may be used to.

Each year there are educational demonstrations of hoof trimming, branding, bloodless castration, bloodless dehorning (not on Longhorns), planned matings, AI, squeeze chutes, poison weeds to learn and avoid, livestock photography, and bus tour for guests. |

 You are invited. The trail drive style lunch is free. The educational demonstrations and ranch narrated bus tours are $15 for adults and $5 for children. If you are a DCCI client bring your last purchase invoice; one free admittance per invoice. Profits from the Fling will be given to R-CALF USA.
DCCI sells all cattle privately. A small selection of heifers will be available for sale. Those who purchase cattle are our favorite people in the world. The Fall Fling will assist our clients to learn, support, increase profit and expand their own businesses.
RSVP pronto. If you plan to attend and have not sent in reservations, do it now. The Ohio Fall weather is predicted to be beautiful. The friendships and educational information will be excellent.
