Joel Dickinson is the hands-on manager of DCCI in Ohio. Every cow, cowboy, fence post, hay bale, truck, feed sack, spring, and herd sire look to Joel for management. He has developed the ranch from an open series of hills and trees to an efficient fenced professional registered cattle operation. Very few ranches have the design and practical planning of DCCI.

Chad, Kirk, and Joel Dickinson built most of the current DCCI facilities. This 45' x 80' Sire barn, combo office/guest apartment, home, etc. is now completed. Chad, a home builder in Colorado Springs, CO comes to Ohio for special projects. This facility was mostly designed by Chad. The electrical was installed by Steve Lenz, husband of Dela (Dickinson) Lenz. This multi purpose unit is becoming the center of commerce.
