Value Added Over Angus

At the LONGHORNS HEAD TO TAIL STORE the many amazing parts of a Texas Longhorn are used from "head to tail" to market a diversified number of products.  The main thing is an all natural, high omega 3 beef product, then colorful hair-on speckled hides, hand made classic horn handle knives, pizzle canes and golf clubs.

Profit spin-offs from the Texas Longhorn also include, ear rings, bracelets, horn necklaces, chaps, narrated ranch tours, saco-de-toros, steer shoulder mounts, Longhorn calendars, Longhorn buckles, Longhorn Tapestry, blowing horns, powder horns, cookie cutters, Longhorn coasters, spotted hoof lamps, mounted tails, jerky, clothing, and a fast moving, popular, one of a kind product is the 26 step polished Longhorn skulls.

This beautiful skull is 85 1/8" tip to tip and is priced for $3200.  We have never
sold a polished skull for $3200 (most are an average of $300) but we have never
had one this wide, this colorful or this majestic.  If it doesn't sell for a long time
guests to the LHT Store will enjoy seeing this massive spread in the LHT Horn
Gallery.

Texas Longhorn cattle, by the nature of the beasts, have the widest variety of
uses beyond lean high quality beef.  Beef is not their only virtue. We are thankful
to raise Texas Longhorns and enjoy the many profit opportunities with the spin-offs.
Nothing is wasted.  So many things can be done for extra profit.  However, there is
another breed of cattle......

The other breed, which most of our neighbors raise, is a simple black color.  It doesn't
have horns.  The hides are not pretty spotted.  No one wants a head mount.  No one
wants a tanned hair-on hide. Even the meat is very fat which the doctors warn everyone
against and encourage people to eat lean.  The other breed is never used for down town trail drives, no one wants a bus tour to see a herd of all black cattle.  No one wants a black hoof lamp.  In fact, our taxidermist did a horn spread mount (pictured above) and it also is not a good selling item.  Some breeds of cattle have it -- and some just don't.

Come to the LONGHORNS HEAD TO TAIL STORE and check out the many virtues of the great Texas Longhorn breed of cattle.  35000 Muskrat, Barnesville, Ohio USA.
