Introducing Three New Bulls

At the turn of the new year 3 fine young Dickinson Cattle Co bulls sold, going to prestige herds. DCC would like to congratulate these serious buyers for their top of the line selections. We are honored when leading producers make their future herd sire selections from the DCC herd.

Battle Field

Battle Field He is a special embryo result in a long line of successes from famous producer Field of Pearls and Clear Win. She gave DCC Tempter 85.25 and Over Kill 80 inches T2T and Dragon Pearl a 3 times Horn Expo Champion. Battle Field is so closely related in the DCC herd that he is near impossible to continue this same line. His large base and tip to tip are right on the graph line of his famous sire, so his mature spread is in the bag. Thank you Bill Troyer for purchasing Battle Field.

Kip Up

Kip Up is closely related to the main line DCC genetics. His symmetrical brindle lines, horn growth, and popular blood make him very useable. He is one of the widest horned 2013 bulls at DCC. Looks like over 80" easy with maturity. He was used by DCC one season. He is sired by Rio Grande and out of Noble Wine by Noble Knight. He promises to be tender and compassionate with the young heifers and that is important. He is well versed in the Animal Care laws -- he cares. Thank you Mike and Jamie Tomey, TOMEY FARMS, for purchasing Kip Up.

Tuff Kook

Tuff Kook is the thickest of the DCC 2014 Cowboy Tuff Chex sons. He also has the largest horn base. His dam Sweet Kookateu by Drag Iron, was All Age Grand Champion cow at the Ohio show. She measures 82.38 inches. He is almost a duplicate type of his famous sire. For more sons of "Tuff" contact DCC, with the second best CTC inventory only to Loomis Ranch. Thank you L. D. McIntyre for purchasing Tuff Kook (Can't believe, but he may change his name. He is considering "Tuff Nebraska Sandhills Husker Chex III"-- maybe not.)
